If you purchase more than one product, and one of them is a pre-order, the order will be processed when all items are available.

Scratches or external damage to the album's exterior are not grounds for exchange or return, as the cover only serves to protect the items inside.

If any item inside is damaged or missing, a claim can only be made if a video of the product being opened (unboxing video) has been recorded beforehand so that we can file a claim with our supplier. (See the Returns Policy section for more information.)
