Can I order online and collect in Madrid?
Yes, as long as every item in your basket is available at the Madrid shop. If so, the "Pickup in store (Madrid)" option will appear when choosing delivery, and you can pay when you collect it.
How do I get to the Madrid shop?
We are at Calle del Divino Pastor 17, in the heart of Malasaña. The closest metro stations are Tribunal (L1 and L10) and Bilbao (L1 and L4), both a few minutes away on foot.
Does the Madrid shop stock the same range as Barcelona?
The range is very similar, but each shop has its own stock and there can be occasional differences. If you are after something specific, message us on Instagram before coming and we will confirm.
Are the products official?
Yes. Everything we sell is official and authentic, imported directly from Korea and Japan. The prices you see already include import costs, duties and VAT, so there are no surprises at checkout.
Do you accept the Spanish Bono Cultural Joven?
Yes. The Bono Cultural Joven is one of the payment methods available at checkout, along with card, PayPal and bank transfer.
Do you run events and giveaways in the shop?
Yes, we run comeback events, idol birthdays and giveaways, and we usually hand out freebies with album purchases. We announce them on our Instagram, so that is the best place to keep track.
