1. If I pre-order, how long will it take to arrive in store?

Each pre-order product has an estimated arrival date at our warehouse. This is an approximate date, as it may vary due to customs or other external factors.

Once the product has left South Korea, it takes approximately one to two weeks to arrive at our warehouse.

2. What's the difference between a pre-order product and one that's in stock?

Pre-order products are those that haven't yet left South Korea. Once they do, they take approximately one to two weeks to arrive at our warehouse. Once they arrive, we'll have them in stock in our store and ready to ship.

If you purchase more than one pre-order product in the same online order, the order will be shipped when all items are in stock at our warehouse. Similarly, if an order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, it will be shipped only when all in-stock items are available.

3. How long does it take for in-stock orders to be shipped?

Orders for in-stock items will take between 1 and 2 days to arrive, depending on the shipping method and the day the order was placed.

If an order is placed between Friday afternoon and the weekend, it will not be shipped until the following Monday.

For in-store pickup orders, the customer will be notified as soon as the order arrives at the warehouse and will have 14 days to collect it.
